1.Read the rules

2.Obtain a Registration Number
Complete the Online Registration Form today!
After you register, your Registration Number will be viewable in your confirmation window. If you fail to find this confirmation window, email contest@circuitcellar.com and your Registration Number will be emailed to you. Label your entry with your Registration Number. Also, please type your Registration Number in the subject line of any e-mail correspondence about the Contest.
3.Create Your Entry
Your entry must include (see the official rules for complete details and submission formats):
Abstract—a short text description of your project (approx. 1 page), a block diagram, a photograph of the complete assembly of your project, a complete schematic(s), and a brief sample of code. Complete documentation—a detailed text description of your project and its operation, a block diagram, a photograph of the complete assembly of your project, a complete schematic(s), plus any other flowcharts, diagrams, photographs, etc. Source code—complete source code (the entire project folder would be best)

4.Enter
The deadline for entry is 1:00 PM EST, June 30, 2010.
Click Here to upload your project files to the Circuit Cellar Dropbox. Please note, although the Dropbox allows for a log-in option you do NOT need to log in. This is a free Dropbox service for you and does not require account activation. You may upload up to 2GB per file. Please make sure that all file names include your Project Registration Number.
If you cannot utilize the above-mentioned FTP drop box, you may send project files on a CD-ROM, DVD, or USB memory stick to the following address, taking care to label all items with your Project Registration Number:

5.Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your entry within two business days of project upload. E-mails are usually sent sooner, but processing may take up to two days. E-mail confirmations will be sent during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). Note: If you send your entry at least a few business days in advance of the deadline, it gives us time to check your entry for corrupt files and completion.
